Software works exactly as intended as of February 2022, but ONLY IF you disable your internet including WiFi while you use the program. If you are connected to the internet in any way and open the program, it will try to connect to the Fender servers, which no longer support the software and just stall waiting for a response from Fender that will never come. Running it as a stand-alone app works fine for editing the amp.
FUSE is still fully functional on a Windows XP installation I run on my Mac. I was able to update the firmware on my old Mustang I amp. Thanks for hosting this software!
I would say that is the junk software. Have purchased the Mustang 111 v.2 with the intention of having the USB input into my DAW. Loaded Fuse. Worked great for a month. Then it dropped out: loading stalls on firing it up.Tried all the multiple Internet fixes. Why bother yourself with a USB if the hardware won't communicate with the software?
Running Mac Pro Tower SSD. Drives/32GB RAM/64 bit/8 core/. If this problem is not resolved soon, this amp is going up on Ebay, what happened on one good old day when FENDER provided quality. This software is the laughing stock of the Internet.
